INDIANA, Pa. – The Crimson Hawks will become familiar with some of their conference competition this weekend when they host Gannon this Saturday at the Pidgeon Natatorium. The men's meet will start at noon and the women will follow at 3 p.m. This will be IUP's second straight and final home dual meet of the season.
NO SPECTATORS
Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, current state guidelines and other related health factors, the IUP Athletic Department recently announced that there will be
no public attendance for men's and women's swimming home meets during the spring 2021 season. Thank you for your understanding.

LAST TIME OUT
The Crimson Hawks hosted their first home meet last week, easily sweeping shorthanded Wheeling squads last Saturday. The women won 168-9 while the men won 151-13. Both IUP squads are now 2-0 on the year.
The meet marked the IUP Athletic Department's first home event since women's lacrosse played on March 12, 2020.
NOTES
>> This will be Gannon's third straight weekend of competition, also swimming against Youngstown State (Jan. 29) and Clarion (Feb. 6). Clarion is a common opponent with both Gannon and IUP sweeping their respective duals.

Paige Mikesell registered her second NCAA B standard time of the season last weekend, hitting a mark of 55.50 in the 100 yard butterfly. She also posted a B cut in the 200 freestyle at Clarion with a time of 1:52.72.
>> IUP has two more events before the NCAA Championships - next week's dual at Gannon and a qualification meet in Carlisle, Pa. on Feb. 27.
UP NEXT
IUP heads to Erie next Saturday for another dual against the Golden Knights. Start time is listed as 1 p.m. Gannon asks that no spectators be permitted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
