GREENSBURG, Pa. – Nicole Peterson had a season-high 19 kills against Seton Hill as IUP women's volleyball split a pair of Saturday matches in Greensburg on Saturday.
The Crimson Hawks posted a straight set sweet of Concord early in the afternoon before falling to Seton Hill in four sets later in the day.
It marked the sixth straight two-match split for the Crimson Hawks on the year, as they exit the weekend with a 7-6 overall record heading into conference play.
Peterson's 19 kills came on 49 total attacks as she hit .265 for the match. She finished with a double-double, adding 11 digs.
Gia Cannavino and Kyle Osborn also went for double-digit kills and hit a combined .450. Cannavino had 11 kills while Osborn added 10 and hit .714. Cannavino and
Bailey Flowerdew each had three service aces.
Leah Henderson tallied a career-high 49 assists.
17 Hawks saw action in the 3-0 win over Concord earlier in the day.
Brooke Little had a team-high eight kills while Osborn and Peterson each had three aces.
