INDIANA, Pa. – IUP women's basketball continued an undefeated start to its season and landed at 14 in the D2SIDA Top 25 Poll, released Tuesday.
The Crimson Hawks (6-0) opened PSAC crossover action with two victories against Mansfield and Bloomsburg, also moving to the top of the Atlantic Region Rankings.
IUP remained unranked in the WBCA poll, moving from unranked to 14th in the D2SIDA listing. In the Atlantic Region, IUP moved from the number five spot last week to first on December 6. Gannon and California (Pa.) also dropped out of this week's WBCA poll from the PSAC West. The WBCA rankings are widely regarded as the official rankings for NCAA DII women's basketball.

Craig Carey. IUP is sixth in the nation in scoring defense (51.8) and scoring margin (+26.7), while
Kiera Baughman is sixth in the PSAC in scoring average (16.2).
IUP returns to the court after final exams, facing Goldey-Beacom on Sunday, December 11 at 2:00 p.m. from the KCAC.
