INDIANA, Pa. - 23rd-ranked Seton Hill outscored the IUP women's lacrosse team 6-0 in the final quarter as the Crimson Hawks lost 16-7 Sunday afternoon at Miller Stadium.
It was the second loss of the week for the Hawks, who fell to 8-4 overall and 5-2 in the PSAC West. Seton Hill improved to 9-3 and 5-2.Â

How it happened
Seton Hill dominated early, scoring the game's first five goals by dominating the draw control and outshooting the Hawks 12-1. That one shot by IUP resulted in a goal, however, with
Chloe Borland scoring with 34 seconds left to make it 5-1.
It was the first of four straight goals for the Hawks as
Leah Hunter closed the gap to 5-4 with 1:51 left in the half. The Griffins responded with two goals over the final 1:30 to take a 7-4 lead into halftime.
The Hawks opened the second half with goals from
Sarah Reustle and Borland to make it a 7-6 game. SHU came back with three consecutive scores and took a 10-7 lead to the fourth. The Griffins then book ended the game with a dominant final quarter, outshooting IUP 11-2 while scoring six goals for the win.
