SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – IUP's defensive performance effectively neutralized Slippery Rock's offensive efforts, resulting in a 0-0 draw Saturday afternoon at James Egli Field.
IUP (7-1-2, 5-1-3) managed only seven shots throughout the match, with four on target, while Slippery Rock (5-4-4, 5-2-3) enjoyed a more aggressive attack, recording 15 shots, nine of which were on goal.
Slippery Rock dominated the first half, registering 11 shots and restricting IUP to just three attempts.

Makenna Yarrow played all 90 minutes recording saves for all six shots on goal in the first half and then rounded out another three saves to finish off the scoreless decision.
Adi Myers accounted for two shots on goal while both
Hannah Scardina and
Elle Smith had one. Scardina posted two shots while Ward, Smith, and
Emma Hays all had one.
