SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – The Indiana (Pa.) volleyball team continued its PSAC West schedule with a strong performance Saturday, sweeping Slippery Rock 3-0 (25-21, 25-21, 25-22) at Morrow Field House.
Sophomore outside hitter Jessica Neiman led the Crimson Hawks with 16 kills on a .571 hitting percentage, while adding four digs. Delaney Concannon followed with 12 kills, 15 digs and three service aces.
Sophomore setter Ellie Rauch directed the offense with 38 assists and two blocks, as IUP hit .267 as a team and totaled nine aces. The Crimson Hawks limited Slippery Rock to a .232 hitting percentage and 31 total kills.
Lauren VonderHaar led The Rock with nine kills and five blocks, while setter Torri Knight finished with 28 assists and 10 digs.
The win pushes IUP to 17-7 overall and 9-5 in PSAC play, while Slippery Rock falls to 9-16 and 2-10 in the conference.
IUP will close out its regular season next week with two PSAC West road matches.
