DESOTO, Fla. -- The IUP tennis team dropped to St. Mary's (TX) Thursday afternoon, 4-2, despite getting the double's point, IUP struggled in singles play winning just one match.

IUP won the doubles point with wins at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles. Annemiek Sterk and Lieselotte Hartlohner won 6-2 and Asel Calbay and Hannah Beitat in No. 3 doubles won 6-3.

In No. 1 doubles was Ming Deewajee and Dani Ramos who fell with a score of 6-3.

Beitat was the first one to finish and the only one to win in singles play at No. 4 with scores of 6-0, 6-2.
