GREENSBURG, Pa. — The Indiana (Pa.) men's basketball team used an explosive first half and a balanced scoring effort to earn a 95–84 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference victory over Seton Hill on Saturday afternoon at the McKenna Center.
Dallis Dillard led the Crimson Hawks with 24 points and eight rebounds, shooting 9-for-18 from the field and knocking down three 3-pointers. Christian Moore and Tyler Grove each added 18 points, with Grove connecting on four shots from beyond the arc. Damir Brooks finished with 14 points and Kymani Merraro chipped in 13 as IUP placed five players in double figures.
Indiana built control early, opening a 58–35 halftime lead behind efficient shooting and aggressive rebounding. The Crimson Hawks shot better than 70 percent from the field in the first half and capitalized on Seton Hill turnovers to generate transition offense.
Seton Hill mounted a push after halftime, outscoring IUP 49–37 in the second half, but the early deficit proved too much to overcome. Gabe Gillespie paced the Griffins with 18 points, while Ben Myers added 16. Camden Brewer and Brian Belade scored 11 apiece, and Rashaad Williams finished with 10.
Despite the second-half surge, IUP maintained its advantage with timely perimeter shooting and steady scoring in the paint, finishing the game with 22 bench points and 18 points off turnovers.
