BEDFORD, Pa. – IUP men's golf finished out the 2025-26 regular season Tuesday at the Bedford Springs Invitational, posting an identical round two score of 306 for an 11th-place finish at the par-72 Omni Bedford Springs Resort.
Glenville State took the team title with a two-round score of 591, one shot better than West Liberty (592) and West Chester (592). Hector Arriaga (Glenville State) and Adam Gill (West Liberty) tied atop the individual leaderboard with matching rounds of 70 and 72.
For IUP,
Jon Vinge led the Hawks in a tie for 12th overall. Vinge carded a three-over 75 on Tuesday for a two-round total score of 148.
Vinge played par-three holes at even par across two rounds for the Crimson Hawks. His 26 total pars in 36 holes tied for second in the field.
Two individuals followed for IUP with
Zaiden Dennis (T27th) and
Ben De Castro (T41st) finishing in the top half of the field.
Guillermo Salazar was tied for 44th after a second round 79.
Alex Swinnerton closed his 36 holes tied for 56th with rounds of 79 and 76.
John Olsen and
Cameron GeRue finished 65th and 66th, respectively. GeRue had the best round of the day for IUP with a two-over 74 on Tuesday.
Trevor Todd closed out the IUP lineup in a tie for 83rd overall.
IUP finished third in the field with 110 pars across its scoring lineup (not including individuals).
