Tanya Timko helped the Crimson Hawks to a 3-0 week by going a combined 6-0 in the first singles and doubles spots in the lineup. In singles play, two of her wins came against regionally ranked opponents, including a 6-2, 6-2 win over West Virginia State’s Brittany Franco (11^th) and a 7-5, 6-1 win over Charleston’s Ana Pena (12^th).
 
She also teamed with Erika Schnaas for two doubles wins over regionally ranked pairings, with West Virginia State is ranked fourth and Charleston is ranked eighth. Timko is 14-9 this year in singles play and 16-3 on the doubles side.
