Jack Owen is the IUP men's Athlete of the Week for the second week in a row after earning his second consecutive PSAC Golfer of the Week title.  Tuesday he captured his second victory with an individual medalist honor at the Glade Springs Intercollegiate.  Owen started off Tuesday, the second day of competition, with a one stroke lead.  He continued to shoot below par throughout the day to secure his win.
