LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – IUP men's and women's cross country teams ran in the eighth annual Lock Haven Go-Fast River Run on Saturday morning.
The men finished fourth of five teams in the 8K race while the women were fifth of six teams in the 6K.
Freshman
Nathan Skodi (Waretown, NJ/Souther Regional) led the IUP men with 20th place finish on Saturday, crossing the line with a time of 27:31.9. Sophomore
Matt Sella (Washington, NJ/Warren Hills) followed in 21st place with a time of 27:32.9. Freshman
Aaron Hoda (White Haven, PA) led the next pack of Crimson Hawks in 25th at 27:40.9, sophomore
Dylan Ruefle (Allison Park, Pa./Hampton) was 27th at 27:51.1, and junior
Chris Jiuliante (Erie, PA/Mcdowell High School) was 29th at 27:58.4.
For the IUP women, freshman
Brianna Herr (Montoursville, PA./Montoursville Area High School) was the top runner with a 20th place finish at 24:50.5. Junior
Allyson Dryer (Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio/Woodridge) was three spots behind in 23rd place with a time of 25:00.7, classmate
Jordyn Johnson (Allenwood, PA./Warrior Run High School) was 25th at 25:07.1, and sophomore
Anna Falvo () was 31st with a time of 25:44.2.

This was the final race on the schedule before next Saturday's NCAA Atlantic Region Championships on the same course in Lock Haven.
