THE WEEKEND AT A GLANCE
The Crimson Hawks travel to Winston-Salem State to take on the Rams at BB&T Ballpark, home of the Winston-Salem Dash (Chicago White Sox High A-affiliate). IUP and Winston-Salem State will play doubleheaders on both Saturday (1 & 3 p.m.) and Sunday (1 & 3 p.m.).

WHAT TO WATCH FOR
*First year head coach
Anthony Rebyanski earned his first two career-wins last weekend at the Apprentice School Builder Invitational. His first career-win came against Bloomsburg as the Crimson Hawks recorded a 7-0 shutout of the Huskies
*Junior catcher
Wes Carson (Woodstock, Md./Marriots Ridge) played in all five games at last weekend's Builder Invitational where he hit .438 (7-for-16) with a double, triple, four RBI and two runs. He also slugged at a .625 clip
*IUP returns two of the top doubles hitters in the PSAC from last season in juniorsÂ
Dan Sepic (York, Pa./Central York)Â Â andÂ
Cory Wheeler (Butler, Pa./Butler); Sepic had 17 while Wheeler roped 16, while six other returners combined for 76 doubles in 2016
*Sepic is the Crimson Hawks top returner from a year ago, earning All-Atlantic Region and All-PSAC West honors as a utility player; The infielder and pitcher hit .324 with a .554 slugging percentage and went 4-2 with four saves as a reliever
*Sophomore RHP
Jeff Allen (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Mechanicsburg Area) tossed five scoreless innings while striking out eight and scattering three hits in his start against Bloomsburg on February 24.
*Allen is scheduled to start game one on Saturday with sophomore
Colin Claus (Oakdale, Pa./West Allegheny) to follow in game two.Â

Mike Klingensmith (Punxsutawney, Pa./Punxsutawney)Â gets the call in game on on Sunday followed by sophomore
