INDIANA, PA – IUP head baseball coach Anthony Rebyanski announced his program's 2018 Fall Prospect Showcase Camp, which will be held on Saturday, September 29 at Owen J. Dougherty Field on IUP's South Campus. 
 
Rain date for the showcase camp will be Sunday, September 30. GPS address for Dougherty Field is 143 University Drive, Indiana, Pa., 15705. Participant check-in will be from 9-9:30 a.m. the morning of the showcase camp.

The 2018 Prospect Showcase Camp is for high school players who will graduate in 2019, 2020 and 2021.  Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their skills and abilities in front of IUP's coaching staff.
 
"Our prospect showcase camp is a great way for prospective student-athletes to showcase their talents and abilities in front of our entire coaching staff," said Rebyanski.

"Our station-camp format gives each participant the opportunity to work one-on-one in small groups with IUP's coaching staff.  It also gives each participant the opportunity to compete and play on our home field during our live evaluation game."
 
In addition to participant evaluations by the IUP coaching staff, those participating will have the opportunity to receive instruction on individual baseball skills in a station-camp format. The final portion of the prospect showcase camp will include a live game, where participants will be able to showcase them in-game abilities while being evaluated.

Registration
Cost to participate in this year's prospect showcase camp is $100. To register, visit www.iup.edu/camps and complete the online registration form.  Online registration deadline is Tuesday, September 25.  There will be NO walk-up registration available for this showcase camp.

10:20am: Position Player Pro Style Workout/Pitcher Only Defensive Instruction
11:05am: Position Player Skills and Instruction / Pitchers Skills and Instruction
11:45am: Offensive Skills and Instruction
1:00pm: Live Game
3:30pm: Recruiting Summary
3:45pm: Showcase Camp Dismissal
