CLARION, Pa. – Eight Crimson Hawks have been named to the 2018 Don Hansen's Football Gazette All Super Region One Teams, announced last week.
Redshirt junior center
Jeff Arnold, redshirt junior left guard
Colin McAllister and junior linebacker
Damon Lloyd earned second team honors with five other players being named to the third team: freshman returner
Qashah Carter, senior defensive end
Deandre Easterling, redshirt junior placekicker
Dillon Sarka, freshman tight end
Grant Smith and junior defensive end
Dondrea Tillman.
Lloyd earned his second all-region honor after leading the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) with 112 tackles, 40 solo and 72 assisted. He also led the PSAC and ranked 24
th in the nation with 10.2 tackles per game. Tillman earned his first career all-region team selection after leading the PSAC with 12.5 sacks.
Carter earned his first all-region honor becoming the first IUP kick returner to be named to an all-region team since
Walt Pegues was named to the third team in 2014 (also freshman).
Arnold received his third all-region honor and his first second team selection, with McAllister earning his second straight all-region honor.
