UPDATE: Friday afternoon's series opener between the Crimson Hawks and Gannon in Erie has been postponed due to inclement weather in the forecast. That doubleheader is rescheduled for Monday, April 15 at 1 p.m. Saturday's home doubleheader against the Golden Knights is still on as planned.

The IUP Crimson Hawks (8-20, 2-10 PSAC West) will travel to Erie for the second time in five days as they face the Gannon Golden Knights (19-9, 9-3 PSAC West) for a doubleheader Friday at McConnell Family Stadium. The Crimson Hawks will return to Indiana to finish the four-game series with a doubleheader at Owen J. Dougherty Field, Saturday.

Markus Cestra combined to go 5-for-10 (.500) in his last two games. Over his last 11 games, dating back to March 24, he has slashed .406/.500/.500.
