INDIANA, Pa. – The third-ranked Kutztown field hockey team bounced back in a big way, knocking off IUP in a 5-0 contest on Saturday at Miller Stadium.
After falling to top-ranked East Stroudsburg on September 26, Kutztown (7-1, 2-1) handled IUP (5-3, 2-1) throughout the game. The Golden Bears led 2-0 at the half and added three more markers in the second half.

Roos van Herel firing three chances on the sunny Saturday afternoon. Playing its fourth ranked opponent this season, IUP got an early save from starter
Brooke Eberly.
The Golden Bears had five different goal scorers in the victory. Mackenzie Kyle and Sarah Gatehouse opened the scoring within the initial seven minutes of the game before KU added three more tallies over the final two quarters.
