BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – IUP was unable to respond to Bloomsburg's late surge in the fourth quarter, resulting in a final score of 1-0.
With this loss, IUP's record falls to 2-7 overall and 1-3 in the PSAC, while Bloomsburg improves to 11-3 overall and 3-2 in the conference.
In the first half, Bloomsburg held a slight edge, taking seven shots compared to IUP's two. However, IUP gained more control in the second half, matching Bloomsburg with seven shots while limiting them to five. IUP's offense only managed two shots on goal this morning.
Jess Davidson recorded three shots, one being on goal for the Hawks. Mia Gerick followed with two, and Cassie Romanczuk, Nora Wood, Lauren Horning each had one.

Anita Planella faced 12 shots and made four saves, allowing one goal.
