Williams competes in javelin throw at 2024 NCAA DII Nationals

EMPORIA, Kan. – IUP women's track & field freshman Kaylla Williams concluded the 2024 season with an appearance at the DII National Championships on Saturday afternoon.
 
Williams became the first female national qualifier for IUP since the 2017 season. She was one of 377 student-athletes to qualify based on regular-season performances.
 
Williams finished the meet in 19th place with a mark of 41.23m, coming on her second attempt.
