INDIANA, Pa. – The Indiana University of Pennsylvania field hockey team announced the addition of nine new players to its 2025 signing class, as released Tuesday.
The incoming class features multi-year varsity letter winners and champions from successful high school programs — and, most importantly, student-athletes who fit the Crimson Hawk culture, according to head coach
Kelly Terwilliger.
Terwilliger said the group embodies the toughness, competitiveness and character the program values.
"This class reflects exactly who we are as a program: tough, competitive, high-character players who want to be developed and want to win," Terwilliger said. "We were intentional in recruiting strong hockey IQ, physicality and players who play with edge. This group elevates our defending core, adds pace and creativity in the midfield, and brings goal-scoring threat up front. They fit our culture and our standard, and they are ready to impact our program the moment they step on campus."

A three-time WPIAL champion, Koehler is a three-year letter winner for the Rams under head coach Dona Stevenson.
"Kaelin brings quick hands, sharp reactions and a composed presence in goal. She's confident, coachable and competes with every rep. We believe she's going to develop into a strong college goalkeeper for us."

A four-year letter winner, Garner was named an all-star as a freshman and junior and earned Academic All-State honors her junior year.
"Paige is steady, smart and poised. She sees the game exceptionally well. She will bring balance and reliability to our midfield unit and has the versatility to anchor us defensively."

A four-year varsity player, Parsons maintained a high level of play throughout multiple coaching changes.
"Elsa brings grit and composure on the ball. She's disciplined in her positioning, reads play early and is a genuinely high-end teammate who raises the standard around her."
