INDIANA, Pa. — Five IUP women's soccer players were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team, the organization announced.

The honorees — Elle Smith, Emily Lattea, Emma Hays, Paige Fausey and Sydney Leach — were recognized for their combined impact on the field, in the classroom and in the community.

To qualify, student-athletes must hold at least a 3.5 GPA and appear in a minimum of 75 percent of their team's games.
