YORK, Pa. – The IUP men's and swimming teams earned three first-place finishes on day two of the 2025 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Swimming Championships on Tuesday.
Freshman
Gem Crittenden earned her first collegiate All-PSAC honor from her first place finish in the 400 IM with a time of 4:27.38, and also marked an NCAA B standard. Crittenden also placed fifth in the 100 fly (57.23) and joined
Kasha Stokes,
Tina Cudina, and
Summer Esson in the 400-medley relay that placed first (3:45.94).
The women's 200 free relay placed fifth with a time of 1:35.54; apart of the relay was Cudina,
Katie Crosscut, Stokes, and Esson.
In the 400 IM,
Catrina Miller and
Kyla Kramer placed 14th (4:42.09) and 16th (4:47.27), respectively. Crosscut placed eighth in the A Final of the 100 fly (57.86) and
Emma McCombs placed 22nd in the C Final with a time of 59.87.
Luke Mikesell earned his fifth All-PSAC honor in the 200 free with a first place finish with a time of 1:38.80, and he also earned an NCAA B standard. He joined
Alexander Roth, Thanos Diamantidis, and
Luke Ramalho in the 400 medley relay that placed fourth (3:21.97).
In the B Final of the 200 free,
Stephen Goff placed ninth (1:42.08) and he joined Diamantidis,
Nicholas Vaow, and Ramalho in the 200 free relay that placed fifth (1:24.49).
Alexander Roth placed seventh in the A Final of the 400 IM (4:07.72).
Through the second day of competition, the women's team remains in fourth with 390 points, and the men are fifth with 162 points.

IUP is back in the pool for Day Three of the 2025 PSAC Championships, participating in session three (prelims; 10:00 a.m.) and session four (finals; 6:00 p.m.) on Wednesday, February 19.
