IUP softball listed 10th in latest NCAA DII Atlantic Region Rankings

INDIANAPOLIS – The IUP softball program is 10th in the latest set of NCAA DII Atlantic Region rankings, released in numerical order for the first time on Wednesday.
  
The NCAA regional rankings ultimately determine the team's selected to the NCAA DII Softball Tournament. At the time of the release, the IUP softball team boasted a 22-12 overall record and an 18-9 in-region record. IUP has made an NCAA regional appearance 10 times, the last being in 2014.

Of the 10 schools listed in the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region rankings, eight were from the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC), and two were from the Mountain East Conference (MEC).
