INDIANA, Pa. – The countdown to the 2026 IUP football season is underway as the Crimson Hawks prepare to defend their PSAC West championship and make another run at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference title.

The 2026 campaign marks the 96th season of Crimson Hawk football. After claiming the PSAC West regular-season crown in 2025, IUP enters the new season with its sights set on returning to the PSAC Championship Game, which will be hosted by the West Division champion on Nov. 14.

The Crimson Hawks will open the season with three consecutive road games before making their home debut at Miller Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 26, against Seton Hill in the annual Hall of Fame Game.

IUP will also welcome Lock Haven to Miller Stadium for Homecoming on Saturday, Oct. 10, one of the marquee events on the 2026 home schedule.

Season ticket renewals are available now through July 31, giving returning season ticket holders the opportunity to secure their seats for another season of Crimson Hawk football. Single-game tickets will go on sale the morning of Aug. 3.

Fans are encouraged to renew early to guarantee their seats as IUP looks to build on last season's championship campaign and compete for another trip to the NCAA Division II postseason.
