Women's volleyball junior Natalie Cignetti has been named an IUP Athlete of the Week for the week ending Sunday, Sept. 4. She helped the Crimson Hawks to a perfect 4-0 weekend.

Cignetti helped pace the offense as she averaged 3.71 kills/set while totaling 10 or more kills in all four sets. The outside hitter hit at a .358 clip and hit .350 or better in three of four matches. The junior also averaged 4.43 digs/set. In the win against Holy Family, Cignetti hit .500 while totaling 10 kills and 12 digs.
