Junior outside hitter Natalie Cignetti has been named one of two IUP Athletes of the Week, for the week ending on Sunday, October 23. This is Cignetti's second IUP weekly award of the season and the third of her career.

Cignetti helped the Crimson Hawks post a pair of wins over division-leading opponents this weekend, defeating Seton Hill in four sets on Friday night and California (PA) in five sets on Saturday. Cignetti totaled 39 kills and 38 digs in the two matches, including a career-high 28 kills in the thrilling win over Cal. She also added 22 digs vs. the Vulcans for her first career 20-20 game.

Cignetti is third in the PSAC this year with 302 kills and ranks fourth with 3.60 kills per set.
