Shawn Dyer is an IUP Athlete of the Week after helping the IUP men's basketball team to an appearance in the PSAC championship game this past weekend. The guard averaged 21.7 points in three tournament games last week, including 22 in the championship game on Sunday, going 6-of-9 from the floor and making three three-pointers.
