Jillian Duld's goal with just over a minute left gave IUP the win

Boxscore

Jillian Duld (Allentown/Parkland) scored the only goal of the game in the final two minutes of regulation and Lydia Dolly (Lancaster, Pa./Hempfield) recorded five saves to lead IUP to its third straight win, a 1-0 shutout over fifth-ranked Kutztown.

The Crimson Hawks improved to 5-4 overall with the PSAC crossover victory while the Golden Bears dropped to the same record. IUP is over the .500 mark for the first time since winning its season opener over Bentley.

In a defensive battle that featured only 13 shots, including six by IUP, Duld broke a scoreless tie when she took a penalty corner pass from Anouk Sickman (Antwerp, Belgium/Lazac Cellepe) and put one past Kutztown goalie Emily Falko with 1:18 left in the game. Falko finished with two saves.

The Crimson Hawks return to PSAC West play Friday with a 4 p.m. game at Slippery Rock.
