In game one, a triple by McCoy, double by Viguers, and homer by Ward put three runs on the board to tie the score at 3-3 after three. The Crimson Hawks then tallied six in the fourth to jump on top 9-3.

Rachel Francis (Jefferson, OH/Jefferson) had a two-run single to start the scoring in the fourth and Viguers blasted a three-run shot over the fence in left to wrap up the scoring.

Alexa Campbell (Manheim/Manheim Central ) picked up the win, striking out four and giving up three earned runs in five innings of work. Tara Senn (Eagle/Downington East) tossed the last two scoreless innings with a pair of strikeouts.

Three more came across the plate for the Crimson Hawks in the fifth, highlighted by an RBI double off the bat of Meghan Carney (Corry/Corry), which came within feet of going over the fence in left field. IUP put the game away in the sixth, getting an RBI double by McCoy, a wild pitch, and a run-scoring single by Devereaux to score three runs and make it a mercy rule victory.
