SCHEDULE CHANGE: IUP's Saturday home games with Clarion have been postponed due to soggy conditions at Podbielski Field. A makeup date has not yet been announced. The Crimson Hawks will now open their PSAC Central schedule on Sunday at Lock Haven, a game that was originally scheduled for Friday.

THE WEEKEND AT A GLANCE
The Crimson Hawks begin Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Central play on Saturday when they host the Clarion Golden Eagles in a doubleheader for the home opener at Podbielski Field beginning at 1 p.m. IUP will then travel to Lock Haven for a doubleheader with the Bald Eagles on Sunday beginning at 1 p.m.

Kaitlyn Beers (Reynoldsville, Pa./DuBois Area High School) leads the way for the Crimson Hawks as she ranks among the team leaders in batting average (,395), slugging percentage (.674), on-base percentage (.447), home runs (three), RBI (nine) stolen bases (three) and total bases (29)
*Senior infielder
Hannah Mercer (Hollidaysburg, Pa./Hollidaysburg Area) leads IUP with 19 hits and two triples. She also ranks among the team leaders in batting average (.388 – second), slugging percentage (.571 – second), on-base percentage (.412 – second), doubles (five – second) and total bases (28 – second)
*Sophomore pitcher
Megan Risinger (Creekside, Pa./Marion Center) leads the way in the circle as she boasts a 4-0 record with a 2.45 ERA in five appearances (two starts). She has pitched 25.2 innings while striking out 17 and throwing two complete games
*Freshman
Macy Mularski (Irwin, Pa./Yough High School) is 1-1 with a 2.33 ERA in three appearances (two starts). She has walked just three in 12.0 innings of work this season
