THE GAME AT A GLANCE
The IUP men's basketball team (11-5, 7-2 PSAC) gets back to divisional play with yet another key matchup at Edinboro (10-4, 7-3 PSAC) on Saturday afternoon. Tipoff at the McComb Fieldhouse is scheduled for 3 p.m. The Crimson Hawks are coming off of their first loss since early December, with their six-game win streak ending with an 85-82 loss to East Stroudsburg on Wednesday. Edinboro has lost two of its last three games, including an 83-69 decision at Gannon on Wednesday. 

TIPOFF NOTES
>> The Crimson Hawks have given up 85 points in each of their last two games (1-1) after giving up an average of 62.2 points in the previous five games
>> IUP is 3-3 this season in games decided by five points or less, with wins over Slippery Rock (89-85), Pitt-Johnstown (81-76) and Bloomsburg (83-81, OT) preceding Wednesday's loss to East Stroudsburg
>> IUP is 4-3 away from home this year, with those three losses coming to teams (Findlay, Ferris State, West Chester) that are have a combined record of 46-4

>> In last 12 games, Crimson Hawks are outscoring opponents 79.0-71.4, and boast a 40.1 3FG% (113-282)

3-POINT SHOOTING CARRYING CRIMSON HAWKS, ONE OF TOP SHOOTING TEAMS IN THE REGION

GLOVER LEADS IUP, AMONG PSAC BEST IN SCORING
>> Sr. G Anthony Glover, Jr. (Toledo, Ohio/St. John's Jesuit) is having his best seson, leading the Crimson Hawks and ranking 9th in the PSAC with an averae of 19.1 PPG
>> Glover is one of the best pure shooters in the PSAC, ranking 2nd with a 46.5 3FG%, 5th with 2.9 made 3FGs per game, 9th with an 86.4 FT% (51-59), and 19th with a 47.7 FG% (104-218)
>> Glover scored a career-high 34 points (8-15 FGs, 6-8 3FGs, 12-12 FTs) in leading IUP to an 89-85 win over Slippery Rock (Jan. 8)
>> During the Slippery Rock win, Glover went over 1,000 points in his 3-year IUP career; He already reached the 1,000-point milestone in his collegiate career, totaling 1,248 including 218 as a freshman at Chicago State
>> Glover scored 31 points (11-17 FGs, 6-8 3FGs, 3-4 FTs) in a n 81-76 comeback win over Pitt-Johnstown (Jan. 3)
>> He has seven games of 20-plus points, scoring in double-figures in 15 of 16 games
>> In his last six games, Glover is averaging 24.7 PPG with a 55.1 FG% (49-89), 52.3 3FG% (23-44) and a 96.4 FT% (27-28); He has five 20-point games during that span, including two of more than 30 points

ALL-AMERICAN DIAZ AVERAGING CLOSE TO A DOUBLE-DOUBLE 
>> Jr. F Jacobo Diaz (Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain/CBA Gran Canaria) is second on the team with 14.1 PPG and leads the Crimson Hawks with 9.3 RPG
>> His 9.3 RPG are fifth in the PSAC
>> He's posted 7 double-doubles in 16 games this year; That brings his career total to 23 double-doubles, including 14 in 32 games as a sophomore and two in 29 games as a freshman
>> Diaz averaged a double-double with 14.4 PPG and 10.0 RPG in 2016-17; He was the first IUP player since Darryl Webb (Elkridge, Md./Long Reach) in 2010-11 (17.4 PPG, 10.1 RPG) to average a double-double for an entire season
>> Diaz has scored 936 career points and is looking to join the list of 31 former IUP players with 1,000 career points
>> Diaz was named the PSAC West Athlete of the Year and honorable mention All-American by the Division II Bulletin last season; He was named a preseason All-American this year

LOMBARDI ALSO LOOKING FOR SCORING MILESTONE THIS YEAR
>> Jr. G Dante Lombardi (Indiana, Pa./The Kiski School) joins Cobo as he's also close to the 1,000-point milestone with 849 career points
>> Lombardi is 3rd on the team with 11.6 PPG with nine double-figure scoring efforts in 14 games this year
>> Lombardi is also IUP's top distributor, ranking 4th in the PSAC with 4.8 APG;
