>> The Crimson Hawks enter the weekend second in the PSAC Central standings with an 8-6 division record; Bloomsburg is third at 8-8 and UPJ is fifth at 5-9; The top three teams in each division go to the conference tournament
>> IUP has swept four of its last five doubleheaders, including Monday at Mercyhurst; The Crimson Hawks won by scores of 6-2 and 8-0 (five innings)
>> This will be the first meeting of the season between IUP and UPJ; The Crimson Hawks are 11-1 against the Mountain Cats since they started their program in 2015
