Box Score 1 |
Box Score 2 Clermont, Fl. - Sometimes other teams are just in a groove, that was the case yesterday as Bridegport and Dominican's offenses proved to be too much. The Crimson Hawks battled hard in the first game against Bridgeport but ran into a pitcher who was in rhythm in righty Samantha Sheiebe.
Kaitlyn Beers, Shayanna Kimmel and
Anna Ferrucci collected an RBI each but that's all the offense could put up in a 7-3 loss. The Dominican Chargers came to play in the second game and were aggressive from the opening pitch, overpowering the Hawks.
Jenna Rhue collected for 4 RBIs off a double and homerun but the Chargers lineup combined to put 15 runs up which was too much for the Hawks to comeback from in a 15-7 loss.Â
