INDIANA, Pa. - IUP head baseball coach Anthony Rebyanski s announced that six student-athletes have committed to join the Crimson Hawks' baseball program during the 2020-21 commitment period. Tyler Diefenbach, Joe Dolansky, Logan Margroum, Chayce McCombie, Billy Perroz and David Smith will join the program beginning fall 2020.

"We feel these six young men exemplify what it means to be a Crimson Hawk, as they all have already shown a lot of eagerness and excitement to get to campus to begin their collegiate academic and athletic careers," said Rebyanski. "Our staff has done a tremendous job in helping our entire 2020 class learn everything there is to know not only about our program, but IUP and the great experiences they will endure here. We are very excited to have these six student-athletes join our program this fall, and we are eager to help them develop and bring the most out of themselves both academically and athletically."

With the NCAA ruling of granting 2020 seniors another year of eligibility, the Crimson Hawks have graduated only one senior, outfielder Luke Hollander. Outfielder Chris Eisel and pitchers Ben Hudock and JP Pellis have decided to return in 2021 to round out their senior seasons.
