CLARION, Pa. – IUP diving competed at the Clarion Fall Classic on Friday.
In the 1-Meter (6 Dives),
Allison Brownlee placed eighth with a 186.98 with voluntary dives. For the men,
Jesse Verner was fourth in the 1-Meter with a score of 142.50.
It was a good invitational and a great experience for the athletes." IUP diving coach
Patricia Brownlee said. "It was an opportunity to hone their skills and compete against other divers in the Division."
IUP women's swimming & diving recently jumped into the CSCAA rankings at 21.
"It has been a great start for the divers so far this season," IUP head coach
Chris Villa said. "Coach Trish and all the divers have put in a lot of work so far and I'm looking forward to our progress as the season continues."
