PITTSBURGH — The IUP cross country teams competed in the annual Carnegie Mellon Invitational on Saturday at Schenley Park.

The men's team finished 12th overall. Nate Kociela led the Crimson Hawks, placing 28th with a time of 25:50.1 (5:11 mile pace).

On the women's side, IUP placed 11th. Stella Kuntz recorded the team's top finish, placing 42nd.

IUP will compete next at the PSAC Championships on Oct. 25 in Edinboro.
