Neiman named all-region by DIICCA

INDIANA, Pa. – The fall sports season is ending, but there is still much to achieve for the IUP women's volleyball team. The Hawks will travel to Erie to compete in the NCAA Regional Tournament starting Thursday.
 
With the end of the season nearing, there are plenty of awards to go around for the top athletes in the region. IUP sophomore outside hitter Jessica Nediman was named one of the top athletes in the region, as released by the Division II Conference Commissioners Association on Wednesday.
 
Neiman was named second-team all-region, one of eight PSAC athletes on the all-region team, and one of five on the second team.
 
Jess was in the top five in the PSAC in kills and points.
