KANSAS CITY, Missouri — IUP redshirt senior Dallis Dillard was named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches first-team All-Atlantic Region, as announced by the NABC on Monday, adding another major honor to a standout season.

Dillard was one of five players selected to the first team, joining Bryson Lucas of California (Pa.) and Pace Prosser of Gannon among the top performers in the region. The recognition highlights Dillard's impact as one of the premier players in NCAA Division II this season.

The award adds to an already impressive list of accolades for Dillard, who was previously named PSAC West Athlete of the Year and D2CCA Atlantic Region Player of the Year. He has been a key catalyst for IUP's success throughout the season, consistently delivering on both ends of the floor.

In a season filled with milestones, Dillard eclipsed the 1,000-point mark for his IUP career, further cementing his place among the program's top contributors. He also separated himself statistically within the conference, finishing as the only player in the PSAC to average more than 20 points per game.

Dillard's all-around production set him apart not only within the league but nationally. He ranked among the top five in NCAA Division II in both total steals and steals per game, showcasing his defensive presence in addition to his scoring ability.

For much of the season, Dillard maintained a rare statistical combination, standing as the only player averaging at least 20 points, six rebounds, five assists and 2.5 steals per game. His ability to impact every facet of the game made him one of the most complete players in the region.

Dillard's recognition on the NABC first team underscores his consistency and leadership, as well as his role in guiding IUP through a successful campaign.
