The IUP lacrosse team jumped out early earned a 17-10 win over Tiffin on the road Saturday morning to earn their fourth straight victory.

The Crimson Hawks had a balanced scoring attack with six players scoring multiple goals. Alexia Lodovici tallied three goals and also dished out a pair of assists.

Colleen Berlin (Baltimore, MD/Institute of Notre Dame), Stephanie Bianco (King of Prussia/Upper Merion) and Beth Glasshagel (Coram, NY/Newfield) also found the back of the net three times. Becca Vogt (Hamburg, NY/Frontier) added two goals and five assists. Sarah Ward (Murrysville/Franklin Regional ) chipped in a pair of goals.

The IUP defense held Tiffin to just 10 shots in the first half and was paced by Taylor Norwood (Chantilly, VA/Chantilly) who finished with three ground balls, two draw controls and caused a turnover.

Kaitlin Sterling (Cranberry Twp./Seneca Valley) made nine saves in 51 minutes in net to pick up the win.

The Crimson Hawks wrap up their three game road trip with a game at Urbana at 5:00.
