NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. — Two standout members of the IUP women's lacrosse team will represent the Crimson Hawks on the national stage later this month as Macenzie Haragos and Rachel Knight were selected to participate in the Division II IWLCA All-Star Game.
The game will take place Saturday, May 30, at USA Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Maryland.
Haragos and Knight were key contributors for the Crimson Hawks throughout the 2026 season and now become part of an elite group of Division II student-athletes recognized by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association.
Haragos, a midfielder, started all 18 games for IUP and emerged as one of the team's top offensive threats. She finished the season with 32 goals and eight assists while consistently impacting both ends of the field.
In addition to her scoring ability, Haragos contributed defensively with 20 ground balls and 10 caused turnovers, showcasing her versatility and all-around play throughout the season.
Knight closes her collegiate career as one of the most accomplished defenders in program history.
The senior ranked among the top five in IUP history in both career ground balls and caused turnovers while once again anchoring the Crimson Hawks defense during the 2026 campaign.
Knight started all 18 games this season and led the team with 48 ground balls and 44 caused turnovers, numbers that also ranked among the top marks in the PSAC.
Earlier this postseason, Knight earned second-team IWLCA All-Region honors after helping lead one of the conference's top defensive units.
The All-Star Game selection adds another accolade to the careers of both players following strong seasons for the Crimson Hawks.
