THE GAME AT A GLANCE
The 18th-ranked IUP women's lacrosse team steps out of Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) play when it hosts the Tiffin Dragons on Wednesday, March 29 at 6 p.m. at Miller Stadium. The Crimson Hawks are coming off an 11-9 victory over Millersville in the team's home opener last Saturday. Tiffin extended its winning streak to three with a 15-5 win over Shepherd on Sunday. 

WHAT TO WATCH FOR
* The Crimson Hawks look to extend their winning streak to four games with a non-conference contest against Tiffin
* On Monday, the new IWLCA national rankings were announced, with IUP falling one spot to 18th in the 20-team poll; IUP opened the season ranked 14th in the country
* IUP will square off against Tiffin for the first time since a 25-7 win over the Dragons in 2013. The Crimson Hawks also earned wins over Tiffin in 2012 (22-6) and 2011 (17-10). IUP's average margin of victory in those three games is +13.7
* Sophomore Lauren Robinson (Annapolis, Md./Broadneck High) scored what proved to be the game-winning goal with 2:22 remaining IUP defeated Millersville 11-9 on Saturday afternoon. The goal for Robinson was her second of the day, both of which came in the second half
* The Crimson Hawks topped Millersville in nearly every statistical category, including shots (37-17), ground balls (28-15), draw controls (14-8), and caused turnovers (17-7)
* Shields finished with a team-high three goals while causing three turnovers. Robinson and sophomores Ally Burrows (Marcellus, N.Y./Marcellus) and Adriana Greco (Sound Beach, N.Y./Rocky Point) each scored two goals. Another sophomore, Mollie Gallagher (Evans City, Pa./Seneca Valley), had four ground balls and three caused turnovers.
* Burrows leads the team with 18 goals and 19 points in five games, while classmate Greco has 15 goals
* Senior defender Hanna Bertolo ranks first in the PSAC with 4.60 ground ball pickups per game
