THE GAME AT A GLANCE
The IUP women's lacrosse team (9-5, 7-3 PSAC) heads to Greensurg, Pa. for a critical conference battle with the Seton Hill Griffins (9-6, 7-3 PSAC) on Wednesday afternoon. Game time is set for 4 p.m. The Crimson Hawks will be looking to extend their current winning streak to seven games in a row. The Crimson Hawks picked up their sixth consecutive victory last Saturday in an important 15-11 win over the Bloomsburg Huskies at George P. Miller Stadium. The Griffins also picked up a win in their most recent match, defeating Kutztown 16-4 on Saturday as well.
 
NOTES
>> Seven Crimson Hawks got on the scoreboard in Saturday's victory.
>> Four members of the IUP offense scored multiple goals on Saturday.
>> Victoria Kerkovich and Leah Hunter each scored hat tricks in the match against Bloomsburg, will Adriana Greco also added two goals to the Crimson Hawks' cause. 
>> The top scorer for IUP in the win was Ally Burrows who scored four goals for the Crimson Hawks.
>> Burrows also added four assists in the game, for a total of eight points in the match.
>> Shannon Hartigan also racked up three assists for the IUP to go along with one goal for a total of five points against Bloomsburg.
>> Saturday's match was the 11th game this season in which Burrows has scored multiple goals.
>> Not only is she the leading scorer for the IUP offense, but Burrows is also one of the top attackers in the PSAC. She currently ranks second in the conference in goals per game (3.50), third in total goals scored (49), and second in points per game (4.50).
>> IUP and Seton Hill are currently part of a four-way tie for third place in the PSAC standings with identical 7-3 conference records.
>> The Crimson Hawks are 2-1 against Seton Hill in their last three meetings, including a 12-11 victory for IUP in last year's contest.
>> The Griffins offense is led by Jaclyn Frank who has 27 goals and 37 assists so far this season for a total 64 points.
>> The Griffins also boast several key goal scoring threats, as Mackenzie Kilduff and Keegan Pontius have scored 47 and 44 goals respectively so far this season.
>> Kilduff ranks fourth in the PSAC in total goals scored, just behind Burrows, while Frank is second in the conference in assists per game with 2.47.
>> The Seton Hill offense as a whole is one of the more deadly in the conference, as the Griffins rank fourth in the conference in goals per game (14.13), as well as third in total goals scored (212).
>> The Crimson Hawks offense is also one of the most potent in the conference though, as IUP is the third highest scoring team in the PSAC, averaging 14.79 goals per game.
>> The IUP defense also ranks high on the conference defensive charts with the seventh best goals against average in the league at 10.90.
>> Goalkeeper Carly Mansur is enjoying a fine individual season as well, as her .502 save percentage currently the fourth best mark in the PSAC.
