THE GAME AT A GLANCE
The IUP Women's Lacrosse Team (10-6, 8-4 PSAC) prepares to host Seton Hill (10-7, 8-4) in the quarterfinal round of the 2019 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Women's Lacrosse Championships this Tuesday. Game time is set for 4 p.m. at George P. Miller Stadium on the IUP campus. IUP earned the fourth seed in the conference tournament after tying for fourth in the standings with an 8-4 record with Tuesday's opponents, but earned the higher seed in the playoffs by virtue of their better head-to-head record.
NOTES
>> IUP wrapped up its regular season on Saturday, falling to the No. 7 West Chester Golden Rams by a score of 19-8.
>> Four Crimson Hawks got on the scoreboard in Saturday's finale.
>> Three of those scorers notched multiple goals against the Golden Rams.
>> Leading the way for IUP on Saturday were
Kayte Zeiler and
Ally Burrows who each scored three goals a piece.
>> Saturday's defeat was Burrow's 13
th multi-goal game of the season.
>> Zeiler's treble on Saturday was her fifth three goal game of the season.
>> Tuesday's opponents should be very familiar to the Crimson Hawks, as the two teams played each other less than a week ago at Seton Hill on April 24
th.
>> That meeting saw the Crimson Hawks prevail 14-13 in overtime.
>> Eight Crimson Hawks got on the scoreboard the last time that these two teams met.

Shannon Hartigan and
Ally Burrows each scored three goals against the Griffins, while
Adriana Greco and
Kayte Zeiler each notched two goals in the win.
>> IUP currently holds a 3-1 edge over the Griffins in the past four matches between the two teams.
>> The Crimson Hawks will be returning to the PSAC post-season after just missing out on a playoffs spot last year.
>> IUP most recently hosted a first round conference playoff game in the 2016-2017 season. IUP won that game 5-4 against Slippery Rock before falling to East Stroudsburg in the PSAC Semifinals.
>> Burrows ended the regular as IUP's leading scorer with 55 goals and 17 assists for a total of 72 points.
>> Burrows currently sits second in the PSAC in goals per game (3.44), fourth in total goals (55), and second in points per game (4.50).
>> The Seton Hill offense is led by Jaclyn Frank who has 31 goals and 44 assists for a total of 75 points, good for the second most in the PSAC so far.
>> Frank is not the only offense threat for Seton Hill, as her teammate Mackenzie Kilduff has 56 goals so far this season, good for the third most in the PSAC.
>> Overall the Seton Hill offense ranks fourth in the conference in goals per game with 14.06, as well as second in the PSAC in shots per game with 33.24.
>> The Crimson Hawks offense is also one of the most deadly in the conference though, as IUP is the third highest scoring team in the PSAC, averaging 14.38 goals per game.
>> The IUP defense also ranks high on the conference defensive charts, as the Crimson Hawks currently have the fourth best saves per game average at 11.20, as well as the fourth best save percentage at .490.

Carly Mansur is enjoying a fine individual season, with her .500 save percentage currently the fifth best mark in the PSAC.
