INDIANA, Pa. – IUP swimming and diving returns to the pool this week as the Crimson Hawks square off against Shippensburg in a dual meet Wednesday evening. It will be the 2021-22 season opener for both schools.
Due to COVID protocols, the meet will be split by gender with the men's meet starting at 5 p.m. The women's meet will begin approximately 45 minutes after the conclusion of the men's. Time will be afforded to allow for the men to vacate the pool deck and for the women to enter the pool deck, and also for spectators to exit the first meet and for new spectators to enter for the second meet. Parents are encouraged to only attend the meet in which their children compete in an effort to help with crowd control in the pool.
The meets will also be live streamed on the PSAC Digital Network.
