INDIANA, Pa. – Coming off a huge Senior Day victory, the IUP women's lacrosse team heads to Slippery Rock for a rematch with The Rock Tuesday afternoon. Game time at Mihalik-Thompson Stadium is set for 4 p.m.
This is the third scheduled road game of the season for IUP, but would be first the program will play in due to a postponement (at Gannon) and cancelation (at Edinboro).
IUP is 3-2 overall and in second place in the PSAC West with a 3-1 division record. Slippery Rock is 3-4 overall and fifth in the division at 2-4.

Please note that there will be no open admission to events hosted by Slippery Rock during the spring semester of 2021. A limited number of pre-approved SRU fans will be admitted to outdoor events. No visiting team fans will be admitted. Please check the policies at other institutions before making plans to attend away games. Schedule is subject to change.

>> The Crimson Hawks won the first matchup of the season by a score of 12-8 at Miller Stadium. Hunter and sophomore
Jordan Kulp each had four goals, while Kulp added three assists. IUP improved to 1-1 with that victory while Kulp was named PSAC Wet Athlete of the Week for her accomplishments.
>> Slippery Rock is 2-3 since that game with wins over Edinboro and Gannon. The Rock is coming off a 19-12 loss at Lock Haven Saturday.
>> IUP is 8-3 against Slippery Rock since 2011, including a 2-2 record at SRU.
>> SRU puts the ball on goal more than almost any other team in the division, ranking fourth in the PSAC with 27.57 shots on goal per game. The Rock has scored in double digits five times in seven games.
>> Piecknick is coming off possibly the best performance of her career, earning IUP Weekly Honor Roll accolades after stopping 11 shots and posting a .649 save percentage against Mercyhurst. Piecknick has 54 saves over her last four games and leads the division with a .549 saves percentage.
>> Kulp had a season-high four assists Saturday, her third outing this year of at least three assists. She second in the PSAC and 13th in Division II with 2.80 assists per game. Kulp is also leads the team and ranks fifth in the league with 4.60 points per game.
