YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A small collection of athletes competed as the IUP track & field programs got back to their indoor seasons at Youngstown State's YSU National Mid-Major Invitational on Friday.

This is IUP's second meet of the indoor season and first since the YSU Icebreaker on December 3. 

Rachel Horrell had the best individual event finish, coming in 21st in the women's long jump with a mark of 4.93 meters. Avory Elchison also competed in the event, finishing in 35th with a leap of 4.55 meters.

Three men's athletes competed in the 5000 meter run, including Erik Moyer, Andrew Moyer, and Calvin Ribeliln. The Moyer twins finished in 36th and 42nd place, respectively, with times of 16:34.41 and 16:58.29, while Ribelin was 45th with a time of 17:06.98.
