IUP women’s swimming & diving ranked 21st to start 2022-23 season

RICHMOND, Va. – IUP women's swimming & diving found itself in the opening set of national rankings, slotted 21st in the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association (CSCAA) Top 25 Poll, released Friday.
 
IUP (1-0) opened the season with a convincing dual meet victory against Shippensburg on October 12, returning to action on Friday night for the Fall Diving Classic, hosted by Clarion at 5:00 p.m.
 
The Crimson Hawks picked up 55 points in the poll. Nova Southeastern topped the poll with 300 points, earning all 12 first-place votes. West Chester is the only other team from the PSAC in the women's rankings, coming in ninth.
