INDIANA, Pa. - The IUP men's and women's track & field teams wrapped up their regular season with three last chance qualifying meets on the final weekend. The Crimson Hawks competed in Lock Haven's LHU Qualifier, Penn State's Jim Thorpe Invitational, and West Virginia's WVU Last Chance.
LHU Qualifier
Hailey Dodson was the only IUP athlete to hit a qualifying mark in Lock Haven, posting a toss of 13.13 meters in the shot put.
Jim Thorpe Invitational
Two Hawks competed at Penn State, both falling short of PSAC qualifying marks.
Mitch Chunta ran a 2:00.40 in the 800 meters while
Mohammed Sissoko leapt 11.76 meters in the triple jump.
WVU Last Chance
Two Crimson Hawks posted PSAC qualifying marks in West Virginia.
Evan Weaver posted a time of 4:02.48 in the 1500 meters and
Tori James ran 2:20.50 in the 800 meters.Â
