INDIANA, Pa. – The IUP men's and women's cross country teams head to Kutztown for the 2024 Pennsylvania State Athletics Conference (PSAC) Championships this Saturday, October, 26.
Held at Kutztown University, The Farm Course, the men's 8k race will begin at 10:00 a.m. with the women's 6k race following, starting at approximately 11:00 a.m.

- In the men's preseason poll, the predicted order of finish in the top five by league coaches was: No. 1 Shippensburg, followed by Slippery Rock, IUP third, East Stroudsburg, and then Kutztown.
- IUP was slotted 13th in the women's preseason poll, released by league prior to the season.
- Last season, the Crimson Hawks finished third on the men's side and 15th in the women's race at the 2024 conference championship race.
- IUP has completed a mix of large and small races his fall, including the Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh on October 5.
- Dan Gibney placed first in the West Liberty Invitational out of 100 participants (1st; 18:46) and placed well in the RMU Colonial Invitational 8K (7th; 25:37.6).
- Other top contributors in the IUP men's lineup are Mike Formica, Joel Beckwith, Lucas Pajak, Tom Brady, and Dominick Ditoro.
- Hannah Weaver on the women's side placed first for the Hawks at the WLU Invitational 5K (13th; 20:05) and at the Paul Short Run 6K (22nd; 23:31.7).
- Top contributors on the women's side are Julia O'Brien, Katie McCormick, and Lexi Lovrich.
