LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Mila Prusak became the first weekly award winner this season for the IUP Crimson Hawks women's lacrosse, earning PSAC Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week honors.
The junior midfielder turned in a standout performance, totaling 15 points on 12 assists and three goals. Prusak scored her three goals on five shots while contributing across the field with one caused turnover, six ground balls and five draw controls.
She helped lead IUP to a 1-1 record during its Spring Break trip to South Carolina, as the Crimson Hawks scored 32 goals while allowing 24.
IUP will open Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference play March 21 on the road against Seton Hill.
